    All bookings made for the above hotels have to be paid in advance before the check-in date with Thai currency (Baht).

    Payment can be made by major credit card ( Visa, Master, Diners,JCB and AMEX) Guest must check-in with passport.

    A check-in voucher will be sent via email or fax for easy reference.

     

    Cancellation and No show:
    30 working days in advance refundable excluding 5.5% administration service fee.

    15 working days in advance : 50% Non- refundable and non-transferable.

    7 working days in advance :100% Non- refundable and non-transferable.(excluding Sat & Sun and Public Holidays)
